First, let’s look at what a health coach is not. A health coach does not tell you what to do, how to do it or when. A health coach steps into stride with you and walks beside you to see what your life looks like now and helps you develop strategies and goals so you can walk in the direction that you choose.
Have you ever wished that there was someone who understood your needs? Someone with whom you could identify and will see where you have been and would be your friend anyway? This journey that you are on is totally yours, and you are the master of your path through it. Health is not just about what you put into your mouth, but also what you feed your mind and spirit also.
Eating food comes naturally to most of us and we draw on what we were taught about food as a child. Sometimes those habits do not serve us, so we either feel stuck in
whatever rut we find ourselves or we are looking for some new answers. I would love to share with you the findings of over 30 years of researching.
